THREE MEN ARRESTED FOR STEALING CHURCH PROPERTY IN KABALE

Police in Kabale have three suspects in custody for allegedly breaking into the church and stealing property worth Uganda shillings ten million.
The suspects are; Joel Ahimbisibwe 20 years a resident of Rwambogo village Buhara sub county, Methodius Ngabirano 25 yrs a driver and resident of Buraga cell Kamuganguzi sub county and the boda boda cyclist  Gideon Niwaha 20 years of Kamabale cell Buhara sub county all of Kabale district.
They were arrested on the 22/01/2020 after a tip off that were connected to the breaking of Buhara Catholic church in Buhara Subcounty Kabale district in the night of 17/01/2020.
On 19th Jan.2020 brethrens who had gone for service realized that property which included 3 loud speakers; amplifier mixer stabilizer, 2 microphone receivers plus some money were missing.
According to Elly Maate, the Kigezi region police spokesperson, the thieves had been seen loading the said properties on a bodaboda by a Good Samaritan who later on cooperated and gave the information leading to their arrest.
He noted that inquiries are underway at Kabale CRB 021/2020 refers.
