THREE RADIO EMPLOYEES DRAG BISHOP KIZZA TO COURT FOR REFUSING TO PAY THEIR SALARIES

Three Hope Radio employees have dragged their boss, Bishop Aloysius Kizza of Lift up Global Ministries in Kabale to court for refusing to pay them their salaries.
Hope radio is owned by the bishop of lift up Jesus Ministries Kabale in partnership lift up Jesus church believers in Kirigirme Kabale municipality.
The three; Judie Twinomujuni, Nelson Twakire and Timothy Tuhumwire through their lawyer Justus Muhanguzi of Muhangi, Justus partners and advocates claim that they haven’t been paid since December last year.
According to lawyer Muhanguzi Justus of Muhanguzi of Muhanguzi, Justus partners and advocates he has written a letter to Bishop Kizza on behalf of Judie Twinomujuni, Nelson Twakire and Timothy Tuhumwire demanding for their salaries of December, January, February, March, April and May.
“Our clients are also reliably informed that you received a donation from your donors for clearing the above salaries. Failure to have these salaries paid shall lead to a protracted legal battle at your cost-plus great embarrassment and expect no notice,” reads part of the letter.
Both Judie Twinomujuni and Timothy Tuhumwire who have been working on the Christian radio station as presenters have shifted to Freedom radio Kabale whereas Nelson Twakire is still on bench.
Efforts by www.mknewslink.com reporter to get a comment from Bishop Kiiza were futile since he refused to pick his repeated calls.
