TWO MEN, 2 CO-WIVES ARRESTED OVER GOAT THEFT IN KANUNGU

Police in Kanungu District are holding four people for allegedly stealing 12 goats from the residents.
The suspects are; Simpson Abaho, Jimmy Twizukye, Judith Arinaitwe and Evelyn Tumwebaze all residents of Rwamanyonyi cell, Bugongi sub county Kanungu district.
According to the residents, they embarked on the search for goat thieves after one of their residents lost a goat.
Their search netted Simpson Abaho and Jimmy Twizukye who have been allegedly stealing goats from residents and hiding them at Medard Turyakira’s home.
On learning that residents had netted two of his accomplices, Turyakira ran away leaving his two wives Judith Arinaitwe and Evelyn Tumwebaze who were also arrested by the police for further investigations.
Bugongi police recovered 12 goats from Medard Turyakira’s home all believed to have been stolen from residents.
