UNIDENTIFIED MAN FOUND DEAD ON ROAD IN KABALE

In Kabale—

Police in Kabale are investigating circumstances under which unidentified man died alongside the road in Katuna-Kabale highway

Elly Maate the Kigezi Regional Police Spokesperson revealed that on the 1st of July,2022 at around 1200hours the in charge Kitumba police station, received information that there was a body lying alongside the road, at Kazigyezigye village, along Katuna-Kabale road.

Maate said that the in charge notified Kabale police station, scene was visited and documented, body was searched but no document was recovered for identification.

Maate requested the public that anyone with a missing person should visit the mortuary so that the body is identified and taken for burial. Inquiries at hand.

The case of sudden death was registered at kabale Central Police station under reference number CRB: 463/2022.
