UPDF OFFICER DIES IN BICYCLE ACCIDENT

Police in Rubanda district are investigating circumstances under which UPDF soldier was involved in accident that claimed his life.
The deceased is Private Sinowa Wilson, 35, RA number 225358 attached to Rubanda UPDF detach.
The soldier was on 14thMarch 2021 at around 8PM at Mukibundwe in Murora A Rubanda town council Rubanda district knocked by a yet to be known bicycle rider leaving him with head injury.
Elly Maate the Kigezi region Police spokesperson told www.mknewslink.com that he was rushed by good Samaritans to Heal Medical Centre Rubanda where he was pronounced dead shortly.
Maate said that police visited the scene although nobody was available to give information, and no arrest has so far been made.
