‘WE SHALL WIN THE NATIONAL SPELLING COMPETITIONS’—BUSHENYI SCHOOL DIRECTOR

The director of parental care primary school situated in Bushenyi district has vowed that his school would most likely win the national spelling B competitions due on Oct. 30, 2016 in Kampala.
Treva Yebaza-Mukama told www.mknewslink.com editor on Monday that his pupils were very well prepared for the competition.
He added that his three pupils who will compete as a group have done a lot of practice and said that the interview he has subjected to them confirms to him that they will most likely win the national competitions of spelling.
Yebaza-Mukama noted that his school managed to defeat 17 schools last week to represent south western Uganda. “This success at the region gives us hope that our school will win the national competitions” Yebaza-Mukama observed.
He went ahead to say that still his school, Parental care primary school-Bushenyi won ‘my language competitions [Runyankole Rukiga] and added they were crowned winners of local language at the region. He however said that local language is not examined at national level. it only stops at regions.
He said that the school that shall win the national spelling competitions will represent Uganda in Addisababa Ethiopia in all African countries competitions. “My school is confident to represent Uganda in Adddisbaba for all African countries spelling competitions” He vowed.
Parental care primary school has on many occasions represented south western Uganda in ACIA competitions organized by Uganda communications commission [UCC]. Its performance at these ICT related competitions has been admirable.
