WEST ANKOLE DIOCESE DISOWNS “REV” KARIKWISYA, DESCRIBES HIM AS FAKE

West Ankole diocese led by Bweranyangi cathedral dean Ven. Rev Can. Tumuhirwe yesterday described “Rev.” Karikwisya as an impostor who acquired a collar wrongly to con Christians.

The above came to light yesterday at burial of the son of Gordon Mwebaze a strong businessman in Greater Bushenyi. The burial was in Bumbaire sub-county Bushenyi district.

Ven. Rev. can. Tumuhirwe who represented the diocese described “Rev” Karikwisya as a fake church leader who was not ordained by any bishop.

Rev. Can. Tumuhirwe was forced to introduce other reverends and declared Karikwisya as fake Reverend.

The denounced Rev. Karikwisya was putting on a church collar but Dean Tumuhairwe warned the public not to deal with him.

Fake “Rev” Karikwisya tried to plead with the dean to defend himself where he got the collar and where he was ordained from but Can. Tumuhirwe refused.

He introduced other church leaders first and let Karikwisya in a collar remain standing alone. He told mourners publically that “Rev”. Karikwisya was a fake one.
