The chairman LCIII Kashenshero town council Daniel Banyenzaki is highly indebted with over 50 million shillings from three financial institutions.
The institutions that are demanding money from Banyenzaki are Butuuro SACCO, Stanbic and Centenary banks.
According to source, officials from Stanbic and Centenary banks had gone to put Banyenzaki’s house on sale only to find Butuuro had already labelled the house for sale.
Sources added that Banyenzaki connived with Nzeyimana the town clerk and Kajangu the treasurer to embezzle road and other development funds.
Kajangu recently returned from Kyamugorani government prison where he spent a month over debts while nzeyimana is equally indebted.
Sources confirmed to www.mknewslink.com that the three enjoyed the money in big hotel including Bunyonyi resort.
