I WILL FIGHT UNTIL BUSHENYI GETS DISTRICT SERVICE COMMISSION– NRM CHAIRMAN
BY WILBER MUHWEZI-KASIBANTE
IN BUSHENYI—
Nyabubare sub-county NRM chairman Tycoon Naboth Kajungu has revealed that he will use all the means possible to ensure that Bushenyi district gets a District service commission because many Bushenyi graduates are un employed whereas many jobs are available in the district and Bushenyi –Ishaka municipality and Kyamuhunga town council.
Mr.Kajungu a well known successfull young business man noted that the main core value of NRM party is to bring services closure to the people and Ugandans who have skills to get employment.
He said this yesterday afternoon during the church service at Nkanga church of uganda in Nyabubare sub-county in Bushenyi district.
Bushenyi district has not had district service commission for now two years. The reason why the service commission is not place is that before Bashaasha Willis left office as the chairman, he nominated three names of Lydia Rwakishaya, Ishungisha Julius and Behangana Nathan which were approved by the public service commission. but surprisingly when Jafari Bassajabalaba took over as the district chairman he refused to give them appointment letters claiming that the district council that forwarded the names to kampala for approval didnot have the required quorum.
Jafari Rejected the approved names with influence from his young brother Tycoon Hassan Bassajabalaba. He went ahead and named his own names of district service commission members and sent them to Kampala but public service commission wrote back to Jafari telling him that as far as they knew Bushenyi district service commission chaired by Lydia Rwakishaya.
On that note therefore Mr.Kajungu was forced to tell the people of Nkanga church of Uganda that he will continue to fight until a district service commission is put in place.
About 3Billion shillings will be returned to the treasury by Bushenyi district on 31st June.2017,this money was meant to train, recruit and pay salaries to new staffs of Bushenyi district and Bushenyi-Ishaka municipality plus Kyamuhunga town which doesnot have any substantive member of staff.
Mr. Kajungu is aspiring member of parliament for Igara West Constituency in Bushenyi district which currently occupied by Raphael Magezi. “I have began early to introduce myself to the people of Igara West because the current member of parliament Rafael Magezi has abandoned voters. Am coming in to rescue them”
Kajungu is a graduate of business administration from Makerere university and as a young tycoon owns Ishaka farmers Sacco and St Kana International school in Kashozi village Nyabubare sub county Bushenyi district. Ishaka farmers sacco has its headquarters in Basajabalaba town Ishaka and has about eight branches in Rubirizi, Kamwenge and Kabarole districts.
