WOMAN KILLS OWN TODDLER

Police in Ibanda district is holding a 28 year old woman over killing a child she had just given birth.
Residents of Kakasi ward in Bisheeshe division in Ibanda municipality accused Immaculate Kyarisima of producing a baby girl on Saturday morning and burying in banana plantations.
LC1 chairperson Mishozi Mr. Fred Kashamiro reported to Bisheeshe police post to save the woman from being lynched by angry residents.

Ibanda District Police commander Denis Ochama said, Kyarisiima was arrested on allegation of murdering her baby and buried her in banana plantation.
