YOU LIED—MP KAHONDA BLASTS GEN. KAHINDA OTAFIIRE

The member of Parlianment Ruhinda County in Mitooma District Capt. Donozio Kahonda has termed Kahinda Otafiire’s remarks that he has done nothing in the constituency for the last four years as necked lies and baseless information.

Kahonda said this in a Telephone Interview with www.mknewslink.com managing editor yesterday.

He said that he has transformed Ruhinda County and it is now better than how he found it.

Last weekend, Otafiire held a press conference at his home in Kashenshero and as well also addressed elders and Nyekundiire group members that Mp Kahoonda’s Five years as MP will be a wasted time.

Gen. Kahinda went ahead to allege that where he left services in Ruhiinda county is where they are still stuck.

However Kahoonda told www.mknewslink.com that he has done a lot like in the areas of water and electricity. He added that he has even extended piped water and electricity to Kahinda’s sub county which is Kashenshero Town council and Kashenshero Sub County.

He also said that he has extended power to sub counties of Mutaara Sub County, Kabira, Rurehe, Mitooma among others.

Kahoonda said he is still continuing with supporting schools by giving them iron sheets and supporting churches in fundraisings.

He concluded that he found the constituency static after Kahinda Otafire had failed to make it move by providing services so the people of Ruhiinda should instead blame Gen. Kahinda for not providing services during his longest time.

Kahoonda added that Ruhinda is moving at a very high speed and he is optimistic that when Gen. Kahinda comes back, he will defeat him in the coming 2021 parliamentary elections.
