BISHOP AHIMBISIBWE CALLS ON CLERGY TO PREACH PEACE DURING XMAS

The bishop south Ankole diocese the Rt Rev .Nathan Ahimbisibwe has called upon all Ugandans to be agents or messengers of good News of the peace and light which was ushered in by the born of Jesus Christ as they commemorate this Christmas.
In his Christmas message the Bishop Ahimbisibwe noted that Jesus Christ was born for the all believers to have peace and light in abundant in order to have everlasting life.
Now he asked all Ugandans to uphold the prevailing peace in the country and repent for the wrongs they could have committed in previous years if they are witness light and good news of the new born child.
However, Bishop Ahimbisibwe also appealed to all clerics to preach the gospel of reconciliation rather than the gospel of segregation saying that Jesus Christ for all mankind.
The man of God hailed all Christians for supporting and promoting the south Ankole diocese which has enabled it to develop at terrific speed in a short period of time and wished all people merry Christmas and happy New Year 2018.
