This was contained in his Christmas message read in every Anglican church in the five districts that form west Ankole diocese.
The declaration came after an outcry by Christians led by Mzee William Mukaira 95 years who led a demonstration at the dilapidated Katungu mission hospital by dropping a lorry of bricks to awaken the Bishop to start construction of the hospital
The Bishop became categorical and put it in his xmas message which raises hope to Christians including Mzee Mukaira.
