PRESIDENT MUSEVENI ORDERS BUSHENYI CAO TO SORT OUT IGARA TEA BOARD PROBLEMS

President Museveni has ordered the chief administrative officer Bushenyi Elias Byamungu to sort out the Igara tea board matters.
This follows President Musevenis meeting with Magyezi Raphel the MP igara West where Magyezi told him how the current board wanted to overstay in power and steal money from the factory.
Several meetings have been held between Naboth Mbagirenta the chairman of the pressure group and Gashuma Rwakasanga the chair person board of director Igara growers tea factory.
Elias Byamungu took over the problem and 22nd Dec. has been set for the board to sit and ensure that the four board members that include Gashuma Rwakasanga, Daniel Nareeba, Muhangisa Elidard and Edison Batuuna are forcefully removed.
Farmers complain that board chaired by Babu Arthur caused problems which almost led to the collapse of the factory thus the current board should not run the factory again.
Igara board members serve three years renewable once and retire after 6 years of service.
Byamungu revealed to www.mknewslink.com that the president delegated him to ensure that Igara matters are solved and added that he is happy 22nd Dec. has been as a date for the matters to be handled.
The register general of companies will chair the meeting to be held on 22nd December this year.
