TYCOONS ARE STEALING NWSC, WATER–DR.NICHOLAS

Dr. Nicholas Mwebaze billing and data management director NWSC has revealed that the 80%of the illegal connections are for the rich.
He said this yesterday during the closure of a NWSC evaluation week for south western and western regions held at Flagship piazza in Bushenyi town.
He noted that National water has instituted water loss protection unit which work hand in hand with police to ensure rich men stealing NWSC water are arrested.
Dr.Nicholas said that the most affected areas are urban places like Kampala, Mbarara, Fort portal where there are hotels swimming pools which use a lot of water.
While speaking at the function, NWSC Managing director Dr. Eng Silver Mugisha noted that he will not be disrupted by people who use whatsapp to attack him.
He added that what can shake him is to stop his zeal to serve people of Uganda.
