TWO KABALE STEP FATHERS REMANDED FOR DEFILING SIX ,SIXTEEN YEAR OLD DAUGHTERS

Grade one magistrate’s court in Kabale yesterday remanded two step fathers on charges of aggravated defilement of six and sixteen year old girls.

Bruno Ariyo 27 years old of Kabisha cell Mwendo parish Kitumba sub county and Atukunda Aggrey 37 years of Rwebikonko cell Nyakatare parish Kyanamira s/c were charged with defilement of six and sixteen year old girls respectively.
Court heard that on 18 Dec.2019 while the mother of the victim had gone to get sweet potatoes, the step father Ariyo Bruno took her to his bed, defiled her and warned her on telling anyone but because of the pain, she told her mother as she bathed her.
It also heard that on the same date, Aggrey Atukunda defiled his step daughter of sixteen year twice while her mother had gone to work and when the girl fell sickly ,she revealed to the medical attendants.
Both the accused were remanded to Ndorwa prison.
