RWANDA RELEASES ARRESTED KABALE BUSINESS MAN

Rwandan Immigration officers yesterday morning handed over to Uganda authorities a Ugandan who had been reported missing from Kitojo cell Kanungu district.
Tugumisirize Obedi Nicholas alias Kacucu 37 yrs old was reported missing on the 25/05/2020 from his garden at Kitojo cell .
According to Mate Elly the Kigezi Region police spokesperson,Tugumisirize was arrested on suspicion of being a smuggler and detained at Cumba and Kagyeyo police stations respectively, interrogated and found to be innocent, hence released.
Mate told www.mknewslink.com that the victim has been handed over for medical assessment and quarantined at Kabale hospital for further management.
