MBARARA REFERAL HOSPITAL HAS NOT RUN OUT OF COVID 19 FUNDS —DR. CELESTINE

Dr. Celestine Barigye the Mbarara referral hospital director has refuted rumors that the hospital has run out of COVID 19 funds.

Speaking to www.mknewslink.com reporter in a telephone interview, Dr Barigye noted that the hospital received Ugx 270 million shillings and so far, they have spent  Ugx 170 million shillings remaining with Ugx 100 million shillings .

When asked about the situation of the COVID 19 patients admitted at the hospital ,Barigye noted that the hospital has of today 02nd August 2020 received 36 cumulative cases,29 recoveries remaining with only 7 patients and so far 15 Kenyans have been sent back to Kenya.
