RUKIGA DRIVER KNOCKS MAN DEAD

Police in Rukiga are hunting for a driver of a yet to be known motor vehicle which knocked and killed a pedestrian.

Kigezi Regional police Spokesperson identified the deceased asWilson Twebaze aged 40yrs old a resident of Kihimbi cell Bukinda subcounty in Rukiga District.

Maate said that the accident occurred last night 13/08/2021 at Kitaburaza cell Nyakabungo Ward Bukinda in Rukiga district along Ntungamo Kabale road.

Scene visited by the DTO and the traffic team. Postmortem done and body handed over to the relatives for burial.
