MACHAR’S SON DEAD

The Son to south sudan rebel leader Dr. Reik Machar was shot dead in gunfire at the presidential palace last month in capital Juba.
In the gunfire that broke up after a misunderstanding between Dr. Machar’s security detail and president Salva Kir’s claimed around 300 lives including Gatwang Machar.
Machar’s side lost 37 soldiers in a fierce battle where Gatwang Machar who was also a soldier had been a member of his father’s inner security detail.
According to reports from Dr. Machar’s family, Gatwang who had close semblance to his father was quietly buried in Juba day following the fight.
“We lost comrade Gatwang in the J1 fight. He was a great soldier and we shall forever miss him,” source revealed
