By Wilber Muhwezi
In Sheema—
The archbishop of the church of Uganda his grace Stanly Ntagali has observed that pupils in Government schools fail terribly whereas those in private schools excel in academics.
“I want to ask you a question, why do government schools perform poorly whereas private one excel?”
The archbishop Ntagali said this yesterday after lying a foundation stone at Rwebiita preparatory school, [a private one] in Kagango division in sheema district.
He noted that its high time government institutions came up with new methods of work to also perform well.
Rwabiita preparatory school is owned By Dr. Meshach Katusiime a lecturer at Makerere university business school. He told the archbishop that the school is named after his late Father Rwabiita.
