BISHOP BAGAMUHUNDA WARNS POLITICIANS AGAINST SPREADING PROPAGANDA INSTEAD OF SERVING VOTERS

The Bishop of the Diocese of Kigezi Rt. Rev. Eng. George Bagamuhunda has asked politicians across the country to forget the past forgive each other and concentrate on serving their electorates.
Bishop Bagamuhunda sounded this call on Tuesday during the induction service of Ven. Emmanuel Namanya as the new archdeacon of St. James- Church of Uganda Buhangizi archdeaconry in Kamwezi Sub County, Rukiga district.
He also stressed that most of politicians especially losers are spreading propaganda, malice and sabotage data among the electorates instead of preaching the gospel of development.
Bishop Bagamuhunda warned Ven. Emmanuel Namanya not to engage in embezzling church funds and avoid bad acts of temptation.
Ven. Namany has served at Shoko church of Uganda, Kangondo church of Uganda, Kihanga Archdeaconry as treasurer, Kabale Brainstorm as a chaplain, Kabale All saints church as a curate and Kirigime church of Uganda as priest.
