BUSHENYI: MAN SETS FATHER ABLAZE IN KAKANJU FOR STOPPING HIM FROM SELLING LAND TO BUY BODABODA

Police in Bushenyi have arrested a 29 year old boda boda cyclist for burning his father using petrol.

The suspect identified as Johnson Muhwezi is a resident of Nyarwanya A Kakanju Bushenyi district.

It is alleged that Muhwezi burnt his father John Muhereza aka Bango with the help of his mother Ketty Mugogo.

A source close to the family told www.mknewslink.com that the victim was rushed to KIU where he was referred to Mbarara referral hospital but the relatives decided to take him to Kyeizooba farmers’ clinic since they had no enough money.

The chairman LCI Sezi Bamwesigye told www.mknewslink.com that Muhwezi demanded for land from his father Muhereza so that he could sell it and buy a new boda boda but when he refused, the duo decided to set him a blaze.
