1). Such rumours have been a trade of the talk for quite long. Ugandans read from News papers attempted poisoning of Major General Mugisha Muntu. It just ceased the it came. General David Tinyefuza ( Sejusa) Raised the same concern on air.
The two are responsible and respectable Senior citizens of Uganda whom we expect no loose talk from their mouths.
2). Other personalities have been moumering of the Mafias. These Mafias are not opennily known and why they practice mafialism in Our beloved country Uganda.
3). Now Jacob Olanyah from the mouth of the parent claims poisoning. 4) There may be other known but stomarched similar cases of suspected poisoning .
5) . My View as any Ugandan is to request for a well instituted COMMISSIOM OF INQUIRY into these cases of allegations of poisoning Ugandans.
5). Duelling on Olanyah case alone may be not exhaustive, may look intemidative under militarized police, and may leave a lot hidden than exposed for right cure since such allegations have been in existence without any due attention.
6) Let the matter be handled administratively and not legal approach through the police. It looks a complex matter than a mere specturation on the death of an individual. Let Olanyah’s death turn a begging of the end of poisoning speculation in Uganda.
7). Commission of inquiry. Let there be a well instituted COMMISSIOM of INQUIRY comprising of:. a). Religious leaders representatives,ie from inter_regious council about 4 members. b) Every political party in parliament sends one member. c). Cabinate sends like 2 members. d). Caultural leaders sends at least 3 members. d ). The army and police sends a member each. e).Medical council sends at least 2 members. f). Civil society sends a member. g ). World Health Organization sends a member. 6).
Conclusion, In my view, if the above is done. Speculation of poisoning will logically be concluded.
