There was laughter at Bweranayangi hill in Bushenyi district today
Saturday 14th/01/2017 and sunday 15, 2017 when the archbishop province church of Uganda
Stanley Ntagali assured the six canons of west Ankole diocese that he had pardoned and
forgiven after they took him to courts of laws.

Ntagali while preaching as the chief guest at the opening of the 10th
west Ankole youth conversion at Bweranyangi cathedral in Bushenyi
district said that he long ego pardoned the six west Ankole canons
led by Yorakam Bashaasha to courts of laws accusing him of taking
Episcopal jurisdiction of west Ankole diocese.

“some of the people who took me to courts of law a few months ego are
also here with us but they should sit comfortably because I forgivave them long time ego “said Ntagali.

again Christians should at all time forgive and help one another.

He said that at the moment the church is facing a lot of challenges in

an environment that is full of killings, corruption brought by poverty
saying parents should partner with the church to help the youth.

Ntagali said that the youth are mislead by leaders and other people
with selfish interests and use them as ladders to engage in chaos and
this has created a lot of tension in many areas saying youth have a
role to play for the bright future of this country.

“If we can pattern with all stake holders especially parents because
the youth are growing up in a difficult environment full of killings
and corruption. We must work together to ensure that the youth of this

Ntagali who will spend a week in west Ankole diocese will make further
pastoral visits to other areas of the diocese including Kitagata in
Sheema district, Mitooma, Bunyaruguru and Buhweju preaching reconciliation amongst Christians.
