HEAD OF LAITY MURDER CASE FILE CRITICAL INVESTIGATION REBEGINS; MWINEBEPAAKA’S BODY TO BE EXHUMED

Head of laity John Tinkamanyire case file over the murder of his shamba boy resumes in Bushenyi having Successfully been transferred back from Mbarara.

The file has been handed to the office of chief principle state Attorney Batison Baguma in Bushenyi District and is already working on it.
Speaking to Mknewslink.com Batison Baguma revealed that there is going to be exhuming of Danson’s body for postmortem.

The murder case file had earlier been transferred to mbarara regional state attorney for having circumstantial evidence with a forged postmortem report claiming that Danson mwinebepaaka died of a natural death. A contrivancy to the murder which took place on 29th April 2023.
It has been established that the OCID Bushenyi district Kivenjere messed up the file by giving a forged postmortem report.

Now the investigation will be handled by the regional OCID greater Bushenyi.

As the murder case file resumes and complete evidence is found convicting the chief suspects in the murder case i.e. John Tinkamanyire and His son in law Alex the head teacher of Kashozi primary school will be arrested.

John and his son in law Alex murdered a shamba boy identified Danson Mwinebepaaka at thier home in Nyamiko village according to residents.
