Mr. Patrick Musinguzi from Ruhinda North in mitooma district has vowed to defeat the deputy speaker of parliament Thomas Tayebwa out of the constituency in general elections early next year.
He noted that he refused to participate in NRM primaries because his opponent deputy speaker would manipulate them.
He told www.mknewslink.com MD that after two terms of Hon Tayebwa, Ruhinda North needs a new MP who is none other than Mr.Patrick Musinguzi.
He added that after defeating hon.Thomas Tayebwa, he will improve education standards in the constituency which are below level.
He said that he wants to improve road net work in collaboration with lower local governments.
He went ahead to note that he wants improve health standards, youth empowerment and promote unity both in the constituency and at Mitooma district.
