The Kabale Resident District Commissioner, Darius Nandinda has ordered for the re-arrest of Edward Milo commonly known proprietor of City celeb sounds .
Edward was arrested on 19th April 2020 for allegedly stealing computers of National Water And Sewage Corporation Kabale branch .
He was intercepted in Kabale municipality at Garage street after a sniffer dog led Police to business where he was selling hoofers.
He was charged with theft and office breaking under police file vide SD/31/19/04/2020.

Edward had been accused of conning people with different items in town allover the country while selling them at cheaper prices.
However, the RDC says the suspect should not be bailed though it’s his right to be granted police bond.
Nandinda adds that the suspect was found with five range rovers with out number plates and master keys which he uses to open pad locks and steal.
