KAHINDA: I DID NOT ATTEND THE STATE OF NATION ADDRESS INTENTIONALLY

The minister for Justice and Constitutional Affairs Maj. Gen.Kahinda Otafire has said he did not attend the state of notion address intentionally because it’s merry making.

On the other hand Kahinda thanked the president for recognizing him as a person who spearheaded the construction of Kashenyi-Mitooma tarmac road when he was absent.

He added that he missed the state of nation address while he was doing his own things.

He said a true friend is one who defends you when you are absent and the president defended him when he was a way on Kashenyio-Mitooma tarmac road.

He said this yesterday at the burial of his relative Celestine Ntwirenabo in Kyamabare Kyamuhunga Sub County Bushenyi district.

Ntwirenabo was a re-known tea farmer and a good person in the society whom everyone who stood to speak defended him for his humility.
