MAJ GEN. MUNTU’S ANT PARTY LAUNCHED, CALLS FOR PATIENCE AND MINDSET CHANGE

Maj. Gen.Mugisha Muntu has called upon Ugandans to gather the patience and change their mind set as far as politics is concerned.
Speaking at the launch that was held at Serena Hotel Kampala, Muntu noted that you cannot plant a fruit tree today and want to harvest the following day.
Muntu noted that in 57years of independence Uganda has been in politics of conflicts and people have lost trust in their leaders.
He added that it’s high time power to be invested in institutions not individual where he said that executive powers must be reduced.
Mugisha highlighted on some of the things they are going to work upon when they get into power among them is to change the curriculum where students will get education skills that will help them and also increase teachers’ salaries.
He also noted that health workers and health systems will also be transformed.
The launching function was attended by different political leaders like Norbert Mau DP,Robert Kyagolanyi people power among others and MPs from different political parties.
