MBARARA: INDIAN NATIONAL FOUND DEAD IN HIS HOUSE

Police in Mbarara are investigating circumstances under which an Indian National died in his residence in Lugazi cell, Mbarara city.

ASP Samson Kasasira the Rwizi police mouthpiece identified the deceased as Tana Tijas Dhrajilal an Indian business man a resident of Rugazi cell, Kakoba division, Mbarara city.

The PRO told www.mknewslink.com that on 9th.Nov.2021 police received information from AIP Onenican Officer in charge Kakoba Police post that someone was found died in his house in Rugazi cell, Mbarara city.

Kasasira said that a team of detectives and SOCO rushed to the scene and broke the padlock to gain entrance.

The body of an Indian man was found lying on the bed, dressed in shirt and boxer.

Kasasira added that detectives found underpants, bottles with Medicine and empties of plus syringes were found alongside the torso.

He said that police took the body of the deceased to Mbarara regional referral hospital mortuary for a postmortem as inquiries into the matter take course.
