RUKUNGIRI RETIRED POLICE OFFICER REMANDED FOR KIDNAPPING KABALE COURT REGISTRAR’S WIFE, CHILDREN

Chief Magistrate’s Court in Rukungiri has remanded a former special police constable for kidnapping a woman and her three children.
It is alleged that the remanded officer Milton Byamugisha 42, a resident of western division Rukungiri municipality kidnapped Sylivia Kyomugisha and her children Mary Kiara Ahumuza, Elizabeth Ampereza, and Esther Kyomugisha.
The kidnapped wife and children belong to Didas Muhumuza, Registrar at Kabale high court.
The court presided over by the grade one magistrate Farizle Moses heard that on 10th of this month, Milton used a Toyota corona vehicle Reg.no. UAX 136 A to kidnap the mother and her three children from their home in Nyamizi cell, western division Rukungiri municipality.
The court also ordered Milton to appear back in court on 12th of next month for further hearing of his case.
Speaking with www.mknewslink.com reporter after the court session, Didas Muhumuza, said that up to now he does not know the whereabouts of his people which makes him live in fear suspecting that they could have been killed.
