TWO SUSPECTED MOTORCYCLE THIEVES MURDERED

Police in Kazo are hunting for unknown people who murdered two unidentified men aged between 25-30yrs in Kabatanagi Cell, Mbaba Parish, Kazo sub-county.

It is alleged that the deceased are suspected to have stolen a motorcycle from Kazo cattle market yesterday morning and took off with it.

According to Samson Kasasira the Rwizi region police spokesperson, the suspects were followed up until Nyabishekye where they abandoned the motorcycle at the main road and ran into the farm of one Kinyabishaija John where they were killed from.

Kasasira said that the deceased bodies’ were found with several injuries on the head.

He noted that the scene was visited by police and motorcycle Reg number UEJ 378C was recovered and taken to Kazo police station.

The bodies were taken to Kazo HCIV for postmortem as investigations into the matter are going on.
