UNIDENTIFIED MAN KILLED IN RUBIRIZI, BODY DUMPED AT LCI CHAIRMAN’S COMPOUND

In Rubirizi—

Police in Rubirizi District is investigating circumstances under which a yet to be identified man was killed and his body dumped in LC I Chairman’s  Compound.

According to residents of Kataara II, Kichwamba Subcounty, Rubirizi District, the yet to be identified man is believed to be aged between 28-30 years and they suspect he is a Boda Boda rider.

Police from Rubirizi Police station swung into action with a sniffer dog but failed to get evidence since people had already tampered with the scene.

The body of deceased was taken to Rugazi health centre IV for a postmortem and police requested anyone with a missing to get in touch with them.

Broodes Kazoora the Chairman Local Council III condemned the act and called upon the Government to reinstate curfew.
