UNIDENTIFIED MAN KNOCKED DEAD BY VEHICLE IN KABALE

Police in Kabale are investigating circumstances under which an unidentified male adult was knocked dead by a speeding car.

The victim estimated to be in his twenties, of a black skin complexion, medium size putting on a white vest and a short pair of gins was knocked on 10/10/19 at around 16:00 hours at Kabaraga along Mbarara Kabale road by motor vehicle reg no UAY 410 E Hiance white.

The vehicle was later abandoned at a fuel station in Nyakijumba few km from town and was towed to Kabale police station as inquiries continue.

According to Elly Maate the Kigezi region police mouthpiece, the body of deceased was taken to Kabale referral hospital for postmortem

He called upon whoever has his dear one missing, to cross check therein, so that the body is identified and taken for a descent burial.
