In Kisoro—
Kirundo sub-county NRM chairperson Bishubeho Louis has petitioned the RDC to intervene in Kisoro district political disagreements if Kisoro is to develop.
In his letter dated 18th July 2021 addressed to the RDC, Louis who doubles as the LCV councilor representing Kirundo sub-county noted that it is only Kisoro district local government that does not have a functioning council, no approved executive, standing committees and business committee in the whole country.
Bishubeho wants the RDC to form an Ad-hock committee to care take of the district as the district leaders sort out their political issues.
He accused the district chairperson and the speaker of conspiracy to defraud public funds as they use divide and rule.
He noted that the two district bosses conspired and signed for COVID funds using the advantage of non-existent executive and other committees.
Meanwhile, the Kisoro LCV Abel Bizimana appreciated Bishubeho Louis for being a selfless leader and an exemplary councilor who should be emulated for a better Kisoro.
Bizimana said all Bishubeho Loius is talking about is true but he attributed such on the political difference he has with the speaker.
