The just released primary leaving examinations (PLE) results for 2024 by the Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB) have left Parental Care Nursery and Primary School in Bushenyi beating all traditional schools in the district and in the entire greater Bushenyi region.
From the total number of pupils registered for the examinations of 81, Parental care nursery and primary school had 78 pupils scoring division one and only three pupils passing in the second division.
According to the school director Trevor Ayebazemukama, eight of their pupils scored five aggregates and 15 came out with six aggregates.
While speaking to www.mknewslink.com ,Ayebazemukama explained that though the examinations results did not come out the way they had anticipated, they still beat all their competitors.
“I heard that the marking for the English subject was very tough across the entire country but still we managed to come out victorious,” Ayebazemukama said.
The school had 44 distinctions in Mathematics, 32 is Social Studies (SST), 18 in Science and 3 in the English subject.
He thanked parents and guardians for entrusting the school with their children and called upon more parents to do the same.
