All Saints church Protestants in West Ankole diocese have vowed to seek for their independent diocese.

This follows the transfer of Rev. Karuhanga Gordon from All Saints church Kabwohe to Kashenyi Church of Uganda.

Some of the All Saints church leaders who preferred anonymity told www.mknewslink.com that as a church they agreed that they need one thing from Bishop Twinomujuni, that is to bring back Rev. Karuhanga, and that if not they won’t take tithes to the archdeaconry nor go back there.

“we no longer need the Bishop here, bring back our Reverend and its when we shall pay tithes again, our church is now the parish, archdeaconary and at the same time diocese,”they noted.

Elias Bukyuugo who was appointed by the Protestants as the acting Reverend said that some of the church leaders trust in religion more than salvation and that their hearts are far away from God.

Rev Karuhanga was transferred last week and since then, Protestants chased the new Reverend (Rev Mugyira Able) ,have led all services for themselves and they have insisted that they aren’t ready to accept any Reverend apart from Rev Karuhanga Gordon Bekuririza.
