WIFE TO WEST ANKOLE DIOCESAN SECRETARY REMANDED TO NYAMUSHEKYERA OVER MURDER

Grade one magistrate court in Bushenyi has today remanded the wife of West Ankole Diocesan secretary Atwiine Justine and three others accused of killing Florence Ainomugisha.
Court heard that on 18thMarch 2019 while in Matimba village Nyabubare Sub County Bushenyi district, Justine and other three accused persons led to the killing Florence .
The accused were not allowed to say anything as their case can only be heard in high court and the same court is the only one to grant them bail.
They have been remanded to Nyamushekyera government prisons up to 17th.Apirl.2019 when they will appear in high court.
Speaking to www.mknewslink.com Paul Tusubira the lawyer to the accused revealed that he will seek for bail of his four clients from high court in Mbarara.
