WIFE TO FORMER WEST ANKOLE DIOCESAN SECRETARY, BROTHER RELEASED ON BAIL BY HIGH COURT

High court sitting in Mbarara has released Justine Batabaruka Wife to the former West Ankole Diocesan secretary and her brother Moses Asiimwe on court bail.

Court led by Justice Joyce Kavuma released the two on grounds that they have been on remand for a long time and there are already committed to high court.

The two represented by Counsel Julius Turinawe were released while the other two; Generous Kyomugisha, Annah Tusiime  are still on remand.

Justine and the brother are to re appear before the same court on 7^th Nov.2019 for the hearing of their case.

Justine Atwiine, Generous Kyomugisha, Annah Tusiime, and Moses Asiimwe are indicted for murdering Florence Ainomugisha on 18^th Mar2019 at Matiba village in Bushenyi district.

The Bushenyi Grade One Magistrate Asanansio Mukobi on 3^rd Oct.2019 committed the accused to the high court for trial on charges of murder.
