BUSHENYI MAN CUTS OFF FOUR MONTH SON’S NECK

Residents of Cell D,Ward 04 ,Ishaka Division,Ishaka-Bushenyi municipality Bushenyi District were on 23^rd Oct.2019 left in shock after Man cut off his biological child’s neck.

It is alleged that Adam Ismail Ssemanda 27 years resident of the above address cut his biological son Latib Ssemanda aged 4 months on the neck and head using a panga killing him instantly.

 According to greater Bushenyi police spokesperson SP Marcial Tumusiime, the police visited the scene following the mother’s tip and the body of the deceased was found lying in pool of blood.

He added that no exibit was recovered, one arrest was made and the body of the deceased was taken to KIU teaching hospital.

Martial attributed the incident to domestic violence which is on increase in the district.
