BUMBAIRE SUB COUNTY DISTRICT COUNCILOR KIZITO SUCCUMBS TO KIDNEY FAILURE

Grief and somber mood swayed residents of Bushenyi this morning following the news of passing on of Bumbaire sub-county district councillor Patrick Mwebesa Kizito Owemamba
Mwebesa who died in the wee hours of the night at Mulago hospital where he was rushed to earlier this week, succumbed to Kidney failure
Kizito has also been minister of planning and finance the seat he held from 2016 untill the time of his death. Before, he also served as a district councillor in Mukono where he served as Education secretary.
Colleagues,work mates and friends described their fallen comrade as a man of integrity, with a vision, committed  hard working and  above all a patriotic Ugandan.
Jaffari Bassajjabalaba the district chairperson hailed the deceased for his out standing character and love for his work.
Jaffari said Mwebesa served with diligence and cosmetic adding that even when he was totally ill, he showed up to finalize signing budget documents at the district a call not done by many.
His body will be brought before council tomorrow afternoon for a special sitting as Councillors pay last respect and tributes before he is laid to rest on Monday at his ancestral home in Kiyaga Bumbaire Igara East Bushenyi.
