SHEEMA DISTRICT CHAIRMAN CAN. KABIGUMIRA TO FACE FORMER POLICE BOSS MUHABWE IN NRM PRIMARIES

NRM primary elections in Sheema district continue to heat up every day that passes and this time, Laban Muhabwe a retired commissioner of Police has declared interest to unseat Can. David Kabigumira the district Chairperson.

Muhabwe who says, doesn’t want to compare himself with other people adds that social services are still lacking thus needs a giant to improve them and he thinks he is the best for that task.

He adds that the district still lags behind as far as leadership is concerned compared to neighboring district thus argues that it is time for change to get good leaders.

Muhabwe was born in 1967 at Rukondo Kitagata Sheema district and he is married, with two children. He retired from the police at a rank of commissioner of police.
