BUSHENYI: DAILY MONITOR BOARD MEMBER ACCUSED OF BLOCKING ROAD IN KASHENYI

In Bushenyi–

Robby Muhumuza a daily monitor board member has been accused by his neighbor of blocking a road leading to part of the village in Kashenyi Bushenyi Ishaka municipality where about 30 people live.

Robby Muhumuza is accused by Dan Nimwesiga a businessman in Kampala and landlord in Bushenyi.

When www.mknewslink.com talked to Muhumuza this morning, he denied blocking the road adding that road is in his names ‘Robby road.

Muhumuza noted that he took Dan Nimwesiga to Bushenyi grade one magistrate’s court because he damaged his fence and destroyed his property on the road.

According to Nimwesiga, they were in court on 12^th Oct.2020 and the Bushenyi grade one magistrate John Paul promised to visit the area on 3^rd Nov. 2020.

Nimwesiga says he is willing to compensate Muhumuza for the land on which the road lies so that he can get where to pass his building materials to the site.
