BUSHENYI: DAILY MONITOR BOARD MEMBER DEFEATED HANDS DOWN IN ROAD CASE

Grade one Magistrate in Bushenyi has dismiised an application filed by Robby Muhumuza a daily monitor board member requesting court to close a road and stop residents from using it.

His worship Christopher Tindyebwa ruled that closing the road will cause inconveniences since it is used by over 35 families.

During the magistrate’s visit at the scene, Robby Muhumuza testified that he helped Nimwesiga to temporarily use the road while transporting his building materials and none of his property was destroyed.

Basing on this background, the magistrate dismissed the application and advised the complainant to wait until the main suit is completed.
