COVID 19 IN BUSHENYI: PRIDE BANK CLOSED AFTER MANAGER TESTS POSITIVE

In Bushenyi—

Pride Micro Finance Bushenyi branch has today 24^th Nov.2020 morning been closed after their manager tested positive to COVID 19.

Bushenyi traders and other people who use Pride bank were told that they cannot get services because the branch has been closed after their manager tested positive.

Businesses have been paralyzed since Pride Micro finance is the only commercial bank in Bushenyi town.

Customers were however advised to use Ishaka Brnch since it is the nearest Pride micro finance branch.

Efforts to talk to Director of Communications and Public Relations Deo Katizi were futile since he did not pick his calls.

Pride Micro finance Bushenyi branch was shifted to the heart of Bushenyi in the former commercial bank building after the latter was sold to Stanbic bank.
