SERIAL THIEF ARRESTED AT MBARARA STANBIC BANK

In Mbarara—

Police in Mbarara are holding a 37 year old man who was arrested after severally stealing from clients at Stanbic bank Mbarara branch.

The suspect is Christopher Nsereko a resident of Kireka Central, Kireka ward, Kiira Town council, Kyadondo Wakiso district.

 Kasasira Samson the Rwizi police mouthpiece noted that police are hunting for two other suspects who were able to escape from the bank in the morning using vehicle registration number UAZ 592D Toyota mark 2 Grand.

Kasasira said that the suspect is being held at Central Police Station Mbarara as investigations and the hunt for other two suspects are still on.

He however cautioned members of the public to always be careful while making their transactions in the bank by only dealing with bank officials to avoid being targeted by criminals.
