ROTARY CLUB CANCER RUN LAUNCH EXCITES BUSHENYI

Rotary Club of Busenyi has launched a fight against cancer by organizing a match to raise funds to help cancer patients.

The Rotarians who had pupils from Pearl Junior Academy, band from Bweranyangi and people from all walks of life yesterday matched from Katungu in Bushenyi to Ishaka town while led by the district chief administrative officer;Elias Byamungu as the chief walker.

Baker Owomugisha; the president of Rotary club of Bushenyi said that it is the policy to run annually worldwide in a measure to collect funds to help the cancer patients.

He appealed to all people to be ready to participate in Cancer marathon scheduled to take place on 27^th August 2017 in Bushenyi district.

Owomugisha says the marathon that aims at raising more funds to help the cancer patients, will start from Bushenyi town and end in Ishaka division.
