The Bishop of West Ankole diocese Rt. Rev. Johnson Twinomjuni has rubbished Christians’ complaints to the archbishop of church of Uganda His grace Stephen Kazimba.
The Bishop said this in an exclusive interview with www.mknewslink.com managing editor at the commissioning of Kabushaho seed school which was constructed by the government at 2.3 billion shillings.
The man of God said that the Archbishop is handling the matter adding that to him the matters raised by Christians led by Emmanuel Karasi are baseless.
On Sunday www.mknewslink.com published a story when Christians petitioned archbishop of the church of Uganda Stephen Kazimba.
In the story Christians led by Emmanuel Karasi raised many west Ankole diocese constitutional errors that were committed by Bishop Johnson as he constituted the 11th synod on 12th March 2022.
Among the errors raised by Karasi and fellows included that the Bishop Johnson nominated synod members from Mbarara and Kampala chapters which is against the constitution of the West Ankole.
Christians also claimed that the diocesan chancellor was nominated by Anthony Katwarana instead of the bishop as stipulated in the constitution.
