ENG. MBONIMPA HAS NEVER BEEN SERIOUS—-MP ANNET KATUSIIME MUGISHA

The woman MP for Bushenyi district Hon. Annet Katusiime Mugisha has strongly described above district Eng. As never serious in his duties ever.
The member of parliament who is also the chairperson of Roads committee revealed the above statement during a roads committee meeting that sat in the district board room at the district headquarters.
Hon. Annet noted that Mbonimpa doesn’t take things serious to the extent that the problems that happened in the first quarter will repeat themselves in the second quarter.

Rosemary Atuhaire the deputy RDC Bushenyi noted that when Mbonimpa is in need of any help towards his work he involves every leader but the moment he gets funds, he disappears.
Eng. Mbonimpa was interfacing with the Bushenyi district roads committee on the progress on the roads so far made and those ones being worked on during this heavy rainy season.
Jaffari Bassajabalaba the district chairman totally disagreed with Eng. Mbonimpa’s methods of work adding that he (Jaffari) should take a position in punishing Mbonimpa.
